Mezquita Ticket Prices & Discounts
Standard adult admission to the Mezquita-Córdoba is €13. Reduced tickets cost €12 for visitors over 65, students aged 15–26, and European Youth Card holders. Children aged 10–14 and those with up to 64% disability pay €8. Children under 10 enter free. The Bell Tower costs an additional €3. The night tour is €20.
Knowing what you will pay before you arrive helps you plan your Córdoba budget accurately. The Mezquita’s ticketing structure has several tiers and some genuinely free entry conditions worth understanding — particularly if you are travelling with children, students, or seniors.
All prices below are confirmed for 2026. Always verify current rates on the official website (mezquita-catedraldecordoba.es) before booking, as prices may be updated without notice.

If you want the Fernandine churches route without visiting the Mezquita, a standalone pass costs €5, available at the ticket office.
Bell Tower (Torre Campanario)
The Bell Tower is a separate attraction with its own ticket and timed entry slot. It costs €3 per person with no discount rates available — the only exception is Córdoba residents, who enter free with valid ID. Children under 7 are not permitted to climb for safety reasons. Children aged 7–14 must be accompanied by an adult. Those with heart conditions, respiratory problems, vertigo, or limited mobility are advised not to attempt the climb.
Slots run every 30 minutes from 09:30 to 17:30 (18:30 in summer), with a maximum of 22 visitors per slot. Tickets can be bought at the Patio de San Eulogio ticket office, at the vending machines at the base of the tower, or online. For everything about the climb and the views, see our Bell Tower guide.
Night Tour — Soul of Córdoba
The Mezquita by Night — El Alma de Córdoba — is a separate ticketed experience with its own pricing. Adult tickets cost €20. Reduced tickets at €18 apply to visitors over 65, those with disabilities, students up to age 26, and children aged 7 and over. Children under 7 enter free with a ticket-holding adult but without an audio guide.
This is not a standard entry ticket — it is an after-hours sound and light experience with a maximum capacity of around 80–100 people per session. Photography is not permitted during the night tour. Book well in advance as it sells out consistently year-round.
Audio Guide
An audio guide can be added to your visit for approximately €5, available to rent at the ticket office on the day. It covers the Mosque-Cathedral’s history and highlights in multiple languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabic, and Japanese. Alternatively, the E-Ticket with Audio Guide integrates the guide into a smartphone app, which many visitors find more convenient than carrying a separate device.
Who Qualifies for Free Entry?
Free year-round admission applies to children under 10, Córdoba diocese residents, people with a disability rating above 64% (plus one companion), “Andalucía Junta 65” card holders, and ICOMOS members. Additionally, all visitors can enter free Monday–Saturday between 08:30 and 09:20.
The morning free-entry window is open to everyone with no documentation required. It runs every weekday and Saturday from 08:30 and closes to new arrivals at 09:20. This is covered in full in our free entry guide, including tips on what to see, how to plan around it, and whether it is worth the early start.
For any reduced or free ticket category, bring valid documentation to the entrance. Ticket staff verify eligibility carefully and will not make exceptions without proof.
Are Prices the Same Online and On-Site?
Yes. The official website and the physical ticket office charge identical prices. There is no online booking fee added through the official channel. If you encounter a higher price on a third-party website that simply resells standard admission, that is a markup — not an added service.
The only justified premium is a guided tour booked through a reputable tour operator, where the higher price covers a professional guide, skip-the-line access, and the convenience of a single booking. Whether that is worth it depends on your priorities — see our guided vs self-guided tour guide for a detailed comparison.
Do Guided Tour Prices Include Admission?
For the most part, yes. Guided tours typically include the entry ticket bundled into the tour price. Always read the “What’s Included” section of the specific tour listing before booking to confirm, as some self-guided audio guide packages include entry while others treat it as an add-on.
If you are considering a guided experience, see our pages on the Mosque-Cathedral Guided Tour and Private Guided Tour to compare what each includes.
